POST
/api/v1/shipment/shipments/packages
Paket gönderisini tek istekte oluşturur ve UPS'e kaydeder. İşlem tamamlanamazsa gönderi panelde taslak (Oluşturulmadı) olarak kalır; id verilmeden yapılan yeni deneme yeni bir taslak açar.
